Cerulean Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This average-sized leaf succulent grows up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) tall. The thick stem is blood red and gentle green, and is dotted with small florescent red spines. The smooth-edged, perforated leaves are found in brown, grey and aquamarine varieties. Thick bunches of them grow from the base in a spiral pattern. The leaves are flexible, but detach easily.

It is very fast growing, taking 11 months to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with each petal a slightly different shade of hazel grows at the top, reappearing once every 3 years. The flower head is largely flat with 15 raised narrow petals. It has an overpowering scent that smells like fresh linen.

The leaf succulent's skin is delicate, the dark grey flesh is soft, and the aquamarine sap is thin.

It releases hallucinogenic smoke when burned.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
