Hazel vine

This short vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 14 feet (4.3 meters) and growing as high as 119 feet (36.3 meters).

It takes 10 months for the faded orange stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are rough and prickly.

The finger-like, waxy leaves reach up to 4 inches (10 cm) in length. They are found in hazel, sky blue and pink varieties, and have jagged edges.
