Burgundy Flamefern

This burgundy moss is commonly found growing in medium-sized clumps In heathlands.
It is massive, growing up to 1.5 feet (46 cm) tall. It forms in thick clumps, and is extremely resilient; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald flame-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release hundred of spores; it does not cause any allergic reactions.
