Golden Vine
Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This enormous vine is a very slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 3,126 feet (952.8 meters) and growing as high as 454 feet (138.4 meters). It prefers to grow on specific trees.
It takes 20 years for the green stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 2.8 feet (84 cm) and are soft and flexible.
The long, tapering, rough leaves reach up to 9 inches (23 cm) in length. They are solid vivid yellow with olive zig-zags, and have rounded edges.
During late spring, the vine produces thick bunches of small amber flowers.
