Limegrass

This big, lime green grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are flimsy and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, subtle yellow tuft.

During the early winter, it produces a modest amount of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of medium-sized grains.
