Blazegrass

This small, orange-yellow grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The spear shaped stalks grow in sparse patches that are durable and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a medium-sized, dark orange puff.

During the early summer, it produces lots of pollen; it does not cause many allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of small grains.
