Azure Creeper

This small creeper is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 8 feet (2.4 meters) and growing as high as 112 feet (34.1 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.

It takes 10 months for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The very narrow and elongated, rough leaves reach up to 6 inches (15 cm) in length. They are found in peach and green varieties, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces several small azure flowers.
