Copper

Climbing plant type: Creeper (Grows along the ground or other low surfaces.)

This large creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 247 feet (75.3 meters) and growing as high as 96 feet (29.3 meters).

It takes 17 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 1.4 feet (43 cm) and are thick and twisted.

The stiff, pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 2.7 feet (81 cm) in length. They are solid purple with grey splotches, and have smooth edges.

It makes a distinctive sound when the wind blows through it.
It can grow in even the most barren lands.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
