Clinggrass

This short, orange grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The very thin stalks grow in thick clumps that are rigid and they spread and grow quickly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, blue tail.

During the mid-autumn, it produces lots of pollen; it can cause severe allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a few small grains.
