Emerald Moor Moss

This green moss is commonly found growing in small clumps In moorlands, and In marshes.
It is small, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in thin clumps, and is slightly delicate.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release millions of spores.
