Azureleaf

This modest-sized shrub grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall and lives for around 49 years. It is very resistant to destructive insect infestation but susceptible to disease.

It has several knobbly, curved stems covered in thick, wrinkled, dark gray bark, and the wood inside is white with black speckles.

The branches trail down towards the ground that and are covered with very large amounts of tiny, 7 pointed, leaves with jagged edges. The leaves themselves are cyan and azure, resilient and crispy.

In mid-spring it produces thousands of medium-sized, pastel purple flowers with broad, flat petals. They detach easily and have the faintest scent that smells like freshly baked bread.
