Violet Succulent

This modest-sized leaf succulent grows up to 62 feet (18.9 meters) tall. The wide stem is yellow, and is covered in brittle lime spines. The serrated-edged, long, tapering leaves are found in purple, purple and purple varieties. Large amounts of them grow from the base in no particular order. The leaves are frail, and do not detach easily.

It is very slow growing, taking 11 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with alternating petals of green and dark brown, with an olive central disk grow at the top, reappearing every year. The flower head is made up of several petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight dish. It has a delicate scent that smells like damp.

The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the florescent purple flesh is soft, and the violet sap is thin.
