Silverwind

This average-sized tree grows up to 26 meters (85.3 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 207 years old. It is very susceptible to disease and insect infestation.

It has a wide, slanted trunk covered in fine, silky, silver and white bark, and inside, the soft wood is light brown.

The excessive amount of branches are long and thick and are covered with small amounts of soft, large, long, tapering leaves with rounded edges. The leaves themselves are aquamarine on the edges and grey at the center.

In late summer it forms giant, light grey aril (seeds with fleshy covers).

The roots form a tightly packed ball, and overall the tree is rigid and brittle.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with clear space between them.
