Creamgrass

This small, cream and gray grass grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall. The needle-like stalks grow in extensive patches that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, cream flower.

During the early winter, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of giant grains.
