Brownbell
Shrub type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)This big shrub grows up to 9 feet (2.7 meters) tall and lives for around 88 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.
It has several sturdy, curved stems covered in knobbly, brown-green bark, and the wood inside is pale yellow.
The branches are tall, rigid and upright with thousands of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of tiny, broad, flat, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are solid dark brown with grey edges, durable and rough.
In early summer it produces many small, green flowers with sickle shaped petals with a bell-shaped floral cup. They are very delicate and have a scent that varies in strength that smells like coffee.
