Bloodvine

This enormous vine is a slow growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 1,497 feet (456.3 meters) and growing as high as 245 feet (74.7 meters).

It takes 49 years for the red stems to mature, by which point they can reach a diameter of 10 inches (25 cm) and are smooth and woody.

The wide, clammy leaves reach up to 3.2 feet (97 cm) in length. They are found in blood red and purple varieties, and have serrated edges.

It can survive a long time without water.
It is suitable for creating tough, hard-wearing textiles
