Silver

Tree type: Deciduous (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short tree grows up to 4 meters (13.1 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 446 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a stocky, slanted trunk covered in cracked, silver and white bark, and inside, the flexible wood is yellow.

The thin clumps of branches are tall, rigid and upright and are covered with small amounts of fuzzy, small, finger-like leaves with serrated edges. The leaves themselves are solid brown or dark brown, with ashy blue lines.

In late summer it forms tiny, brown, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.

The roots are shallow and grow straight down, and overall the tree is rigid and weak, and breaks apart easily.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with grassy ground between them.

It is bio-luminescent.
It only grows on the most fertile lands.
