Yellowvine

Climbing plant type: Vine (Grows upwards by clinging to almost any surface.)

This short vine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 13 feet (4.0 meters) and growing as high as 111 feet (33.8 meters).

It takes 2 months for the yellow stems to mature, by which point they have tangled themselves into thick mats with a diameter of 2 cm (0.8 inches) and are rough and fibrous.

The broad, flat, clammy leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are dark brown at the bottom and beige with subtle yellow dots at the top, and have ripped edges.

During late spring, the vine produces dozens of small beige flowers, and during the early winter, after flowering, it produces a handful of tiny fruits.

The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
The entire plant is edible and the grains areoverwhelmingly savoury.
