Copperflower

This average-sized flower grows up to 1.1 feet (33 cm) tall. Its copper stem is thick and straight with a curved tip, and the large, orange leaves are perforated with wavy edges. 3 leaves grow at the base of the stem.

A single small flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 34 cm (13.4 inches) wide, with solid amber petals decorated with hazel lines and a grey central disk. The flower head is largely flat with many widely spaced narrow petals. They are sturdy.

It has a delicate scent that smells like cheap aftershave, and it has excessive amounts of pollen; it does not cause any allergic reactions. It is pollinated by insects and is visited by a large variety of them.
