Magenta Vine

This small vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 7 feet (2.1 meters) and growing as high as 912 feet (278.0 meters). It prefers to grow on trees.

It takes 3 months for the yellow-green stems to mature, by which point they each have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are smooth and waxy.

The sickle shaped, leathery leaves reach up to 2 inches (5 cm) in length. They are caramel with magenta tips, and have jagged edges.

During late spring, the vine produces a handful of tiny yellow flowers, and during the mid-summer, after flowering, it produces a modest amount of tiny berries.
