Azuregrass

This big, yellow-green grass grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The long, tapering stalks grow in thick clumps that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a large, azure tuft.

During the early summer, it produces excessive amounts of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with copious amounts of medium-sized grains.
