Cyan Cactus
Succulent type: Stem succulent (Stores water in its stem)This short cactus grows up to 5 feet (1.5 meters) tall. The thick stem is dull yellow, and is covered in sharp spines. The cuboid body is cyan, and is covered in brittle cream spines.
It is quick growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with solid slate petals decorated with brown dots and a green central disk grow at the top, reappearing once every 3 years. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight tube. It has a delicate scent that smells like rotten eggs.
The cactus's skin is very thick, the cream flesh is soft, and the yellow sap is thin.
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
It is suitable for making paper
The colour changes depends on whether the soil is acidic or alkaline.
