Orange Moss

This white and subtle orange moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In rainy mountain ranges, In damp forests, and On rotten logs.
It is modest-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps are slow to spread and grow, and is slightly resistant.
When mature, emerald spiral capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release thousands of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.
