Turquoise Petal Bloom

This small flower grows up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. Its yellow-green stem is very thick, and the tiny, emerald leaves are light lime green on the underside and are circular with ripped edges. Many leaves grow at the base of the stem, and a pair of leaves grow at the base of the flower head.

Dozens of tiny flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 2 cm (0.8 inches) wide, with solid turquoise petals and an azure central disk. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 40 petals. They are sturdy.

It has a strong scent that smells like new books, and it has very little pollen. It is pollinated by a small species of bird and is ignored by most insect species.
