Silver Moss

This silver moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas In marshes, and On rotten logs.
It is massive, growing up to 1.3 feet (41 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is extremely rigid.
When mature, emerald oval-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release dozens of spores.
