Caramella Vinegrass

Grass type: Annual (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This average-sized, magenta grass grows up to 2 feet (61.0 cm) tall. The fan-like stalks grow in sparse patches that are resilient.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, caramel flower.

During the mid-autumn, it produces very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.

It is suitable for use as a construction material
The sap is edible and slightly savoury.
