Sunburst Grass

Grass type: Perennial (Stores water in its stem)

This large, orange grass grows up to 7 feet (2.1 meters) tall. The stiff, pointed stalks grow in sparse patches that are flexible and they are exceptionally hardy.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a giant, yellow flower.

During the mid-summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a few medium-sized grains.

It comes in 2 varieties, each with a different petal colour.
It is suitable for creating strong, durable textiles
