Pink Moss

This pink moss is commonly found blanketing medium-sized areas On trees, In damp forests, and In rainforests.
It is small, growing up to 2 inches (5 cm) tall. It forms in sparse patches, and is overwhelmingly robust; it can easily endure being trodden on.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of short, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early summer to release thousands of spores; it does not cause many allergic reactions.
