Copper Creeper

This average-sized creeper is a steady-growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 33 feet (10.1 meters)0.

It takes 4 years for the pink-red stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 5 inches (13 cm) and are hard and brittle.

The pleated, smooth leaves reach up to 1.5 feet (46 cm) in length. They are either dark brown, or copper with slate patches, and have smooth edges.

During late spring, the creeper produces a thick sheet of average white flowers.
