Creamfern

This cream moss is commonly found blanketing small areas In damp forests, and On trees.
It is short, growing up to 3 inches (8 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches and they are slow to spread and grow, and is extremely hardy; it is very difficult to kill.
When mature, emerald V-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the mid-autumn to release hundred of spores.
