Emerald Rigid Moss

This gray-green moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In moorlands, and On trees.
It is giant, growing up to 11 inches (28 cm) tall. It forms in small clumps and they spread and grow quickly, and is extremely rigid.
When mature, emerald heart-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release dozens of spores; it can cause severe allergic reactions.

It is suitable for making paper
The pollen is extremely toxic to people but not to certain animals.
It aggressively steals nutrients from other large plants (but not each other).
