Peach Spine Cactus

This short cactus grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The thick stem is yellow, and is covered in sharp spines.

It is quick growing, taking 5 months to reach maturity. Once mature, and only under the right conditions, a handful of flowers, with peach petals and a beige central disk, grow at the top, reappearing after 4 years, but only when the conditions are right again. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 20 petals. It has a strong scent that smells like fruity.

The cactus's skin is thin, the pink flesh is waxy, and the caramel sap is thin.
