Violet Wispybush

It has many stocky, straight stems covered in paper-thin, rough, light gray bark, and the wood inside is yellow.
The branches are short, thin and wispy with hundreds of twigs that and are covered with large amounts of large, long, narrow, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are violet and violet, delicate and covered in fine hairs.
In early spring it produces several small, turquoise flowers with wide petals. They are sturdy and have a strong scent that smells like warm cookies.
