Spiralpine

Tree type: Coniferous (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This enormous tree grows up to 96 meters (315.0 feet) tall and lives "forever", with many known specimens being tens of thousands of years old. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a long and flexible, wonky trunk covered in hard, smooth, brown and grey bark, and inside, the very dense wood is burgundy.

The small handful of branches are short stubs, with hundreds of twigs covered with small amounts of miniature, lime green needles. The needles themselves are durable.

In late summer it produces small, red, winged seeds that spin and fall nearby.

The roots grow as a near perfect mirror of the tree above, and overall the tree is sturdy and rigid.

Forests of this species feature well-spaced trees, with the space between them filled with thick undergrowth.
