Copper Caramel Succulent

Succulent type: Leaf succulent (Stores water in its leaves)

This large leaf succulent grows up to 102 feet (31.1 meters) tall. The very thin stem is burgundy, and is dotted with small yellow spines. The stocky leaves are found in copper and caramel varieties. Thick bunches of them grow on thin, green branches that trail down to the ground. The leaves are flimsy, and take some effort to detach.

It is steady-growing, taking 5 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with alternating petals of silver and beige, with a copper central disk grow at the top, reappearing once every 5 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 38 curved petals. It has a soft scent that smells like freshly washed clothes.

The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the bronze flesh is slimy, and the indigo sap is thin.
