Cyanthorn

This short leaf succulent grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall. The narrow stem is turquoise, and is covered in brittle grey spines. The smooth-edged, wide leaves are solid cyan or gold, with lime lines. Copious amounts of them grow from the base in random directions. The leaves are light, and do not detach easily.

It is very slow growing, taking 10 years to reach maturity. Once mature, several flowers with light grey petals and a yellow center grow at the top, reappearing once every 2 years. The flower head is made up of dozens of petals; the lower layer of petals are flat, while the upper layers form a tight trumpet. It has a powerful scent that smells like blood.

The leaf succulent's skin is very thick, the pink flesh is leathery, and the caramel sap is thin.
