Silver Crescent Moss

This silver moss is commonly found growing in tiny clumps In rainy mountain ranges, In moorlands, and In bogs.
It is huge, growing up to 1.7 feet (51 cm) tall. It forms in extensive patches, and is extremely robust.
When mature, emerald crescent-shaped capsules grow at the end of long, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the late autumn to release dozens of spores.

The grains are bitter, but very healthy and are suitable for boiling.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
