Violetvine

It takes 2 months for the copper stems to mature, by which point they sometimes have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and fibrous.
The wispy, leathery leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are bronze at the bottom and violet with purple patches at the top, and have tattered edges.
During late spring, the bine produces dozens of small grey flowers.
It is suitable for creating flexible, durable textiles
Once on fire, it burns very quickly.
