Silverstem Grass

This colossal, yellow-green grass grows up to 13 feet (4.0 meters) tall. The thick stalks grow in thin clumps that are resistant and they overwhelm an area rapidly.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, silver flower.

During the early summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with lots of giant grains.
