Magenta Bleachbloom

This average-sized shrub grows up to 4 feet (1.2 meters) tall and lives for decades, with the oldest known specimen being around 114 years old. It is susceptible to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of stocky, wavy stems covered in hard, silky, brown-green speckled bark, and the wood inside is black with white speckles.

The branches are tall, rigid and upright that and are covered with copious amounts of giant, slender, pointed, leaves with toothed edges. The leaves themselves are moss green with olive tips, flimsy and smooth.

In late summer it produces thick bunches of giant, magenta flowers with triangular shaped petals. They are very delicate and have a scent that varies in strength that smells like bleach.
