Clingvine

This small flower grows up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. Its moss green stems grow in bunches of 8 and are thin and straight, and the large, lime green leaves are dark copper or bronze on the underside and are broad, flat with ripped edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.

A single tiny flower sits at the end of the stem. The flowers are 3 cm (1.2 inches) wide, with bronze petals that gradient shift to dark grey on the outer edge. The central disk is turquoise. The flower head is made up of handfuls of petals in raised layers. They detach easily.

It has a weak scent that smells like rainy days, and it has lots of pollen. It is a self-pollinator and is ignored by most insect species.
