Waterleaf Grass
Grass type: Biennial (Stores water in its leaves)This massive, caramel or dark brown grass grows up to 23 feet (7.0 meters) tall. The broad, flat stalks grow in extensive patches that are light and frail and they are exceptionally hardy.
When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a small, beige flower.
During the early autumn, it produces lots of pollen, and after flowering, it is left with plenty of tiny grains.
It is suitable for creating fine, soft textiles
Ivy often grows along the trunk.
