Twistvine

This small shrub grows up to 1 foot (30.5 cm) tall and lives for around 10 years. It is not very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has dozens of long and flexible, twisting stems covered in knobbly, brown and grey bark, and the wood inside is yellow.

The branches trail down to the ground with dozens of twigs that and are covered with copious amounts of large, pleated, leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are lime at the bottom and yellow with beige patches at the top, sturdy and covered in fine hairs.

In late summer it produces several large, silver flowers with 2 pointed petals with a tube-like floral cup. They detach easily and have a weak scent that smells like cotton.
