Rockvine

This short vine is a very fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 6 feet (1.8 meters) and growing as high as 37 feet (11.3 meters). It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 5 months for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they can have a diameter of 1 cm (0.4 inches) and are smooth and fuzzy.

The spear shaped, clammy leaves reach up to 5 inches (13 cm) in length. They are brilliant blue at the bottom and beige with washed-out red lines at the top, and have toothed edges.

During late spring, the vine produces lots of tiny silver flowers.
