Serpentine Willow

This colossal tree grows up to 96 meters (315.0 feet) tall and lives for centuries, with the oldest known specimen being around 607 years old. It is very resistant to disease and destructive insect infestation.

It has a thick, crooked trunk covered in thick, cracked, dark brown bark, and inside, the light wood is pale brown-grey.

The branches trail down towards the ground and are covered with thick bunches of waxy, miniature, sickle shaped leaves with smooth edges. The leaves themselves are amber and cyan.

In late summer it forms giant, florescent red, shelled seeds.

The roots form a tightly packed ball, and overall the tree is sturdy, flexible, and difficult to uproot or break.

Forests of this species feature the trees packed together densely, with clear space between them.
