Sunfire Moss

This orange moss is commonly found growing in large clumps In rainy mountain ranges, and On rotten logs.
It is average-sized, growing up to 4 inches (10 cm) tall. It forms in large clumps and can spread and grow quickly, and is extremely frail; it burns easily in strong sunlight.
When mature, emerald kidney-shaped capsules grow at the end of elongated, lime green sporophytes, eventually opening up during the early autumn to release millions of spores.
