Watergrass

This average-sized, moss green grass grows up to 3 feet (91.4 cm) tall. The long, narrow stalks grow in extensive patches that are resilient and they are slow to spread and grow.

When mature, the end of the stem eventually transforms into a tiny, grey puff.

During the early summer, it produces very little pollen, and after flowering, it is left with a handful of tiny grains.
