Spiked Indigora

This short leaf succulent grows up to 11 feet (3.4 meters) tall. The needle-like stem is emerald, and is covered in many flexible vibrant green spines. The smooth-edged, needle-like leaves are red at the bottom and indigo with orange streaks at the top. Very large amounts of them grow from the base in a random bunch. The leaves are delicate, but do not detach easily.

It is steady-growing, taking 3 years to reach maturity. Once mature, a single flower with beige petals on the lower layer and dark red petals decorated with light grey dots on the inner layer. The central disk is pink grows at the top, reappearing once every 7 years. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of 34 petals. It has a fairly strong scent that smells like wet dog.

The leaf succulent's skin is nearly impenetrable, the light grey flesh is leathery, and the silver sap is thin.
