Prickly Vine

Climbing plant type: Bine (Grows upwards by winding itself around other objects and plants.)

This small bine is a fast growing plant, with the largest known specimen reaching a length of 24 feet (7.3 meters)0. It prefers to grow on rock formations.

It takes 5 months for the moss green stems to mature, by which point they often have a diameter of 3 cm (1.2 inches) and are rough and prickly.

The slender, pointed, smooth leaves reach up to 3 inches (8 cm) in length. They are a shade of purple that gradient shifts to cyan at the top, and have ripped edges.

The sap causes itchiness of the skin
The seeds are toxic to people but not to certain animals.
