Fingerglow

This short flower grows up to 1 inch (3 cm) tall. Its green stem is wispy, and the miniature, red leaves are finger-like with irregular edges. The leaves alternate on the stem from about halfway up, up to the flower head.

Dozens of medium-sized flowers grow along the length of the stem. The flowers are 6 cm (2.4 inches) wide, with gold petals on the lower layer and pink petals decorated with peach dots on the inner layer. The central disk is silver. The flower head is an uncoordinated mess of up to 60 curved petals. They fall easily.

It has a mildly strong scent that smells like a woman, and it has very little pollen; it can cause allergic reactions. It is pollinated by the wind, but is enjoyed by several specific types of insect.
